1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform," "Website," "Service," or "susi4d" refers to the online gaming platform operated at susi4d.cam and all related services, software, and content.
• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator of susi4d, a gaming entertainment service licensed and operated under international offshore jurisdiction.
• "User," "You," "Your," "Player," or "Member" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the susi4d platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a user upon successful registration with susi4d.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the monetary value deposited by users and held in their susi4d account for gaming purposes, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Game" or "Gaming Activity" refers to any form of entertainment offered on the platform, including but not limited to online slots, sports betting (bandar bola), live dealer casino games, lottery (togel), bingo, and other games of chance.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other promotional offers provided by susi4d to eligible users under specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before associated winnings can be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the susi4d platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policy. These documents collectively constitute a binding legal agreement between you and susi4d.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the service after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or through prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of susi4d following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use susi4d, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. We enforce this requirement through mandatory identity verification using government-issued Indonesian identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals under legal guardianship or those declared legally incapable cannot use our services.
• Geographic Location: Our services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. Users accessing the platform from outside Indonesia do so at their own risk and remain responsible for compliance with local laws.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted only one account on susi4d. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds and winnings.
• Personal Use: Your account is for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, professional gambling, arbitrage betting, or use on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
• Financial Capacity: You affirm that all funds deposited into your susi4d account are legally obtained, belong to you, and are not derived from illegal activities. You further confirm that gambling with these funds will not cause financial hardship to you or your dependents.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account with susi4d, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government ID), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address in Indonesia. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

4.2 Account Security Obligations

• Never share your username, password, or account details with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong, unique password that combines letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public computers.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by the platform for enhanced security.
• Immediately notify susi4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You acknowledge that susi4d is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence.

4.3 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all transactions, bets, and activities conducted through your account. Claims that transactions were made by someone else without your permission will not be accepted as a valid basis for refund or reversal unless you can demonstrate that reasonable security precautions were taken and that the breach resulted from a security failure on susi4d's part.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

susi4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, but unusually large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

susi4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through the KYC process before your first withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawal.
• You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

Withdrawal processing times at susi4d average 12-15 minutes during normal business hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends/public holidays may take up to 24 hours. susi4d does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month; subsequent withdrawals may incur a processing fee of 1-2% depending on the payment method.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

susi4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, including requesting additional documentation to verify the source of funds. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities. Failure to cooperate with AML verification may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

susi4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance player entertainment, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms & Conditions that must be accepted before claiming.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to registered users who meet the specific eligibility criteria for each promotion (e.g., first deposit, minimum deposit amount, promotional code entry).
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each user is entitled to one instance of each promotional offer. Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount) that must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiration: Bonuses have validity periods (typically 7-30 days) after which they and any associated winnings expire and are removed from your account.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While using bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 25,000 per spin or hand). Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and related winnings.
• Withdrawal During Bonus: Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

susi4d reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts, if we determine that a player is abusing promotional offers. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion with other players, and arbitrage betting across multiple platforms.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the susi4d platform are governed by specific rules displayed within each game. It is your responsibility to understand the rules, payout structures, and terms before playing.

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or physical dealing mechanisms that ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published transparently and audited by independent testing laboratories.

Sports betting odds are determined by susi4d's trading team and may change dynamically based on market conditions. All bets are final once confirmed. susi4d reserves the right to void bets or adjust winnings if we determine that odds were incorrectly displayed due to technical error or that bets were placed after an event outcome was already known.

7.1 Technical Issues

In the event of software malfunction, network disconnection, or other technical issues during gameplay, susi4d will take reasonable steps to restore service and resolve the issue fairly. If a game round is interrupted, incomplete bets will be voided and stakes returned. Completed game rounds will stand. For live dealer games, standard casino rules regarding disconnections apply (e.g., standing bets play out automatically according to optimal strategy).

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the susi4d platform and constitute material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Using automated betting software, bots, or third-party tools to gain unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for personal gain
• Engaging in fraudulent activity including chargeback fraud, stolen credit card use, or identity theft
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or money laundering
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic or identity restrictions
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

susi4d provides online gaming entertainment services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's functionality, uptime, security, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, susi4d, its operators, owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your own gambling decisions or betting outcomes
• Technical failures, server downtime, or software malfunctions
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Actions of third-party payment providers or banks
• Loss of data or corruption of files
• Errors in game outcomes, odds, or displayed information (subject to correction)

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with susi4d services is to stop using the platform and close your account.

9.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless susi4d, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of the platform.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your susi4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to completion of wagering requirements. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with active balances will be closed after successful withdrawal processing.

10.2 Termination by susi4d

susi4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 24 months may be closed, with remaining balances subject to administrative fees)

Upon termination for breach, susi4d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance and void any pending bets or winnings. In cases of good-faith closure without breach, remaining funds will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable withdrawal fees.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which susi4d is licensed to operate (international offshore licensing jurisdiction). Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: You agree to contact susi4d customer support first to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed neutral mediator before pursuing formal legal action.
3. Binding Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with international arbitration rules.
4. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against susi4d.

11.1 Jurisdiction-Specific Notice

You acknowledge that online gambling is restricted under Indonesian domestic law. susi4d operates under international offshore licensing and does not hold Indonesian regulatory approval. By using this platform, you accept full personal responsibility for compliance with your local laws. susi4d is not liable for any legal consequences you may face in your jurisdiction for accessing offshore gaming services.
